Parking was a bit of a pickle! We got blocked in by oversized vehicles, making our morning exit a challenge. Also, those bathrooms could use a deep scrub, and the ice maker was on strike.

Our check-in experience was a total disaster! We arrived only to find our room was still not ready even after the promised check-in time. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the room we were given was filthy, with a stained pillowcase and a dirty towel left in the bathroom. To top it all off, the communication from staff was utterly lacking. we felt completely abandoned during this frustrating ordeal.
